“People shape systems.
Systems shape people.”

My path didn't begin in a boardroom. It began where work isn't theory: in shift work, in cleaning and in production.
That's where I learned what responsibility really means – when a shift has to be staffed, a machine kept running, or a problem solved immediately. From that experience, I went on to lead teams, build departments and carry out change processes, even under pressure and in difficult situations.
I built IBISCH from the ground up.
Not inherited. Not just managed. Built.

Three countries
My roots are in Gaziantep, Turkey. Germany shaped me – through discipline, structure and reliability. Switzerland represents my present-day standard for precision, quality and responsibility. Origin, entrepreneurial development and my outlook on leadership today – three countries, one path.
My principle
- Quality isn't a department. Quality is an attitude.
- People take responsibility. Systems create reliability.
- Excellence comes from consistent execution.
- Standing still is not an option.
Leadership
Leadership doesn't begin with a title. Leadership begins with responsibility. To me, a strategy only has value once it delivers results in everyday work, in the team and on the shop floor.
Personal life
Outside of work, I live with my family in Cham and am the father of three daughters. I've practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for many years and train CrossFit – the sport reminds me every day that progress comes from discipline and repetition, not from words.
